The exhibition is FREE AND OPEN TO ALL with a voluntary donation and open daily, except Tuesdays, with the following opening times:
- 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. from 1 April to 31 October (last admission at 6.10 p.m.)
- 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. from 1 November to 31 March (last admission at 5.10 p.m.)
Next Thursday 2 and Friday 3 April, due to works on the public network, The Home of The Human Safety Net will be open according to the following hours.
- On 2 April, it will be open from 10am to 2pm (last entry at 1.10pm) and from 4pm to 7pm (last entry at 6.10pm).
- On 3 April, it will be open from 10am to 12 noon (last entry at 11.10am)

For school and university groups, admission is always free upon reservation
