A day to discuss humanitarian corridors and labor mobility, comparing models and results. At the heart of the program is STEP - Skills, Talent and Empowerment through Pathways, co-funded by the European Commission and led by the Federation of Evangelical Churches in Italy (FCEI) together with Caritas Italiana and other national and European partners. The program aims to develop models, gather evidence, and build the necessary alliances to promote sustainable pathways for labor mobility for refugees and offer employers and individuals in need of international protection effective access to labor mobility pathways in Ireland, Italy, and Spain.
With the participation of Oliviero Forti and Monica Molteni (Caritas Italiana), Giulia Gori (FCEI) and Francesco Reale (Adecco ETS Foundation), the discussion will also be enriched by the testimonies of refugees who have had or are currently having direct experience with humanitarian corridors and integration in host countries.
