At the Festival of Ideas, composer and pianist Dardust—born Dario Faini—explores desire as the generative force behind the creative act, tracing his artistic journey to reflect on the value of imagination, the courage to experiment, and the need to cultivate a perspective capable of connecting different languages, disciplines, and sensibilities. For every work is born from an intuition, but it grows only when it finds the freedom to explore unexpected territories. Following the concerts in which he took center stage at the last two editions, Dardust returns to the Festival of Ideas in a different capacity, sharing with the audience the unseen workshop of his artistic research.
