Venezia la Casa dell’Altro
20 November, h 15:30
Alberto Toso Fei and Laura Bumbalova return to discover a version of Venice that has always been inclusive and attentive to the most vulnerable, often ahead of its time in this regard. With them, we will venture into the maze of Venetian streets, listening to stories and legends, between past and present, between myth and toponymy. We will start from representative places such as Campo San Lorenzo and then reach the Dalmatian School of Saints George and Tryphon, the Calle degli Albanesi, the Church of the Pietà, and finally arrive at the Procuratie in St. Mark's Square, home to The Human Safety Net, a contemporary example of a space open to the community, amplifying the values of inclusion and hospitality that are at the heart of The Human Safety Net's programs.
