Music and photography performance

The music of Gianluigi Trovesi – saxophonist and clarinetist – and Umberto Petrin – pianist – intertwined with the images of photographer Pino Ninfa, accompany the audience on a journey through cultures, rituals, and landscapes of the soul.

The Home of The Human Safety Net is filled with music and photographs, with a profound dialogue between sound and image that explores human spirituality in its many forms. From the silence of Ethiopia's rock churches to the songs of South Africa, from Mediterranean processions to pilgrimages along the Ganges, to the sacredness of nature preserved by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon.

The performance was born from the encounter between Trovesi and Petrin's musical curiosity and the photographic eye of Ninfa, author of reportages that recount the manifestations of the Sacred in the world. Together, they have created Sulle tracce della spiritualità (On the Trails of Spirituality), an experience that combines music and images to rediscover, through art, what binds us as human beings: the search for meaning, connection, and wonder.

For every ticket sold, €2 will be donated to The Human Safety Net to support programs for vulnerable families and refugees.
