INVOLVED! Conflitto e Parola, un approccio non violento

A workshop for boys and girls aged 18 to 28 led by Andrea Facchin and based on the concepts of Social Intelligence and Collective Intelligence with the aim of taking the first steps in the conscious management of nonviolent communication, analyzing together how a conflict works, how it develops and how it is possible to intervene to prevent its deflagration. The age group between 18 and 28, to which this seminar is aimed, is the one in which people begin to approach the world of work and, in the context of study, the reality of university. The seminar is structured in three appointments of which this is the second (the last will be held on December 4) designed on the structure of conflict theorized by Nanni Salio: before the rain, during the rain, after the rain.
