INVOLVED! WORKSHOP Conflict and Words: A Nonviolent Approach
Wednesday, October 23rd, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Social intelligence and collective intelligence condensed into a workshop led by Andrea Facchin. The goal of this seminar is to take the first steps in managing nonviolent communication, trying to understand how a conflict works, how it unfolds, and how to intervene to prevent it from escalating. This seminar is aimed at the age group between 18 and 28 years, which is when individuals first approach the world of work and, in the context of study, the reality of university. The seminar is structured into three sessions (the other ones will take place on November 13th and December 4th) that follow the conflict structure proposed by Nanni Salio: before the rain, during the rain, after the rain.
