Generali Slovenia partners with Slovenian NGO ZPM in Ljubljana to help improve living conditions for disadvantaged families.
In another important step forward for The Human Safety Net, Generali Slovenia has teamed up with a Slovenian “friends of youth” association ZPMMoste Polje, which has been ensuring equal opportunities and healthy psychophysical development in local children and youth for over six decades.
The goal of the partnership is to provide dedicated programs aimed at empowering parents and preventing social exclusion among families with young children. Parents attend workshops on child education, nutrition, household finances and more, supporting and motivating one another as they learn about things they can do and steps they can take to improve their children’s lives.

Together we can support people in need, strengthening their knowledge and helping them solve everyday problems and challenges.”
Hrovat, roughly two dozen representatives from different areas of Generali Slovenia, including marketing, communications, HR and sales, as well as agents, Bancassurance and IT staff joined forces with The Human Safety Net team in Ljubljana on 25-26 April to inaugurate the program.
The Human Safety Net’s cooperation efforts with countries in the CEE region began in the second half of 2017, immediately earning the strong involvement and full support of local CEOs and top management.
To date Romania, Slovenia, Poland and Hungary already selected programs to participate in together with The Human Safety Net, while Bulgaria and Slovakia are planning to join the movement this year.
