Nine years of our movement of people helping people

Behind every number, there is a journey. A family moving forward. A person finding their path. A new possibility taking shape. A new beginning.

For nine years, The Human Safety Net has worked to unlock the potential of people living in vulnerable circumstances, supporting families with children aged 0-6 and contributing to the inclusion of refugees and migrants through employment and entrepreneurship. Since 2017, this movement has reached more than 1.3 million people, together with a network of 98 NGO partners across 25 countries.

But impact is much more than numbers.

Behind every story of change, there is a community making it possible. Partners rooted in their communities, bringing our shared mission closer to the people who need it most. Volunteers giving their time, skills and energy. Ambassadors turning commitment into action. A movement with the simple belief that everyone should have the opportunity to express their potential.

This is what “people helping people” means. Not one organisation acting alone, but a growing movement in which everyone has something to contribute.

Nine years. 1.3 million journeys. And many new beginnings are still ahead.
