A World of Potential: Renewed Experiences and Free Admission at The Home of The Human Safety Net

Starting May 8, admission to The Human Safety Net’s interactive exhibition is free for all—with voluntary donations welcome.

Three years after its debut in the iconic Procuratie in St. Mark’s Square, A World of Potential—the interactive exhibition hosted at The Home of The Human Safety Net—is being enriched with new, engaging content. Alongside this refresh, an exciting announcement: beginning 8 May, coinciding with the opening of the Architecture Biennale, admission will be completely free for everyone, supported by voluntary donations. Through a voluntary donation, each visitor can help expand the impact of The Human Safety Net Foundation in its support of vulnerable families with children aged 0-6 and refugee integration through work and entrepreneurship.

Discover the New, Enriched Experience
A World of Potential is a dynamic, interactive journey designed to help visitors explore their personal strengths while connecting with the of The Human Safety Net. With a renewed experience, the exhibition now includes:

  • New multimedia installations that invite deeper self-reflection.
  • Expanded interactive elements like the Curiosity multiscope and the Hope roulette wheel, designed to spark imagination and problem-solving.
  • Fresh stories of impact and transformation shared by beneficiaries, volunteers, and workers of The Human Safety Net.


Whether you're spinning the colorful roulette of Hope or harmonizing efforts in the Teamwork activity, each experience invites visitors to tap into their human potential and consider how, together, we can make a difference.

A Space for Art, Dialogue, and Community
Alongside the refreshed exhibition, visitors can explore the new temporary show Dreams in Transit, curated by Art for Action. This group exhibition uses contemporary art to reflect on migration and the resilience of refugees—offering a compelling complement to the core message of A World of Potential. Hosted in the beautifully restored Procuratie spaces by renowned architect Sir David Chipperfield, it promises both visual beauty and powerful storytelling.

The move to free admission represents a meaningful step toward inclusivity, making The Home of The Human Safety Net a space truly open to all. Visitors of every age are invited to engage with the exhibition, participate in community activities, and connect over shared human values.

The exhibition is available in six languages—English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, and Chinese—ensuring accessibility for international guests.
