THSN Academy: The Next Frontier of Structural Volunteering
THSN Academy is an initiative designed to harness the power of volunteering and community engagement to create lasting social impact
Launched with the vision of training and coordinating a structural direct volunteering program, the THSN Academy aims to empower individuals and communities by providing them with the skills and resources they need to thrive.
A Journey of Growth and Impact
THSN Academy is focused on growth and impact. The Academy's structured approach to volunteering is a constantly evolving mechanism of embedding and structuring the program across different countries. The journey started this year in Italy with volunteers from Generali and Alleanza going through a training programme in order to support our NGO partners in delivering the Financial Education For Families programme.
Following Italy, there was France and the start of the Mentoring programme and Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with a shared training on mentoring, IT experts and talent coaches.
Training and Certification
One of the key components of the THSN Academy is its comprehensive training and certification program. Volunteers who join the Academy undergo rigorous training to equip them with the necessary skills to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Upon completion of the training and a full cycle of volunteering, participants receive an official THSN Academy certificate.
Collaborative Learning and Peer Support
The THSN Academy places a strong emphasis on collaborative learning and peer support. Through various sessions and workshops, volunteers have the opportunity to share their experiences, learn from each other, and develop best practices. This collaborative environment nurtures a culture of continuous learning and innovation, which is crucial for driving systemic changes in the communities we serve.
Global Reach and Local Impact
The THSN Academy's impact is not limited to a single region; it has a global reach with local impact. The Academy's programs are progressively launched in each country, tailored to meet the specific needs of local communities.
