The Human Safety Net (THSN) kick-off was launched in Serbia on May 9, with a two-day workshop and a symbolic jumping over a red carpet, attended by around thirty colleagues from twelve departments.

Generali Osiguranje Srbija is the eleventh company to join the global initiative of Generali Group aimed at protecting and enhancing people’s lives beyond day-to-day business.
Serbia opted for the For Families program, aiming to give equal opportunities to children living in poverty to reach their full potential in life by unlocking the potential of disadvantaged parents to give their children equal life chances in the first six years of their lives.

Dragan Filipović, CEO, while greeting the participants of the workshop, emphasised that he is proud Serbia has become a part of this important initiative of the Group.
"We have always been helping the community we live in, we have serious experience in socially responsible activities and that has always been a part of Generali Srbija’s DNA", CEO Filipović said, adding that now there is the opportunity to become a part of something bigger which will have a much greater influence.
"We, together with our clients, can create a common value by connecting people and creating a real network of people that help people", he said.

"I am very glad that by implementing The Human Safety Net initiative we will be able to help the most vulnerable members of our society and help improve the quality of life of children in Serbia", concluded the CEO.
