The Bookstore

The Bookstore of The Human Safety Net enriches the proposal to the public with a cultural project designed to be a reference point for both Venetians and visitors.

The Bookstore

It is dedicated to the themes that are at the heart of The Human Safety Net's programmes: social inclusion, parenting, early childhood, social entrepreneurship and much more. This is complemented by a selection of children's books and volumes on the city of Venice. In the Bookstore you can also find a selection of design and craft objects made by social cooperatives and refugee start-ups supported by The Human Safety Net.

The management of the Bookstore, whose interior design is by the Migliore+Servetto studio, is entrusted to the historic Venetian bookstore La Toletta, for ninety years a reference point in the city's cultural life, with the aim of offering in the iconic world-famous square a shared space where people can meet and nurture reflection on social impact, in a city that aspires to become the 'World Capital of Sustainability'.

The bookshop is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Inside, you can also buy tickets for the exhibition A World of Potential.
